We ship worldwide from the UK, offering two services domestically and in Europe, and a tracked service to the Rest of the World.

SHIPPING RATES

1st Class (1-2 Working Days)* = £2.50

Tracked 24 (Next Day) = £5.00

*We are experiencing some delays due to COVID, so allow up to 2 extra working days

EUROPE

Standard (7-10 Working Days) = £4.00

Europe Tracked and Signed (7-10 Working Days) = £10.00

REST OF WORLD

USA & Rest of World, Tracked = £11.00

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days.

Custom orders may take longer due to designing and customer artwork approval.

If you require an 'Express' turnaround - DM or email us and we'll do our best to get it to you sooner.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

BuzzDog is here to make you and your dogz happy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

You must return the product within 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
